Workplace strategy coaching sessions are undertaken 1-2-1 in the workplace. They last for 3hrs and are designed to equip your staff with the skills, knowledge and confidence to implement strategies to improve their performance, productivity and skills. A one-off session can be arranged however for best results we recommend a minimum of 3 sessions.
